The truly fun and creative part of our job, our fresh sheet is a great source of pride here at Sauce. Fresh, local meats, fruits, and vegetables are used to create bi-weekly tapas style features. These dishes are great for sharing amongst friends, trying new flavours, or simple filling the hunger void. Each sheet is focused around one My Sauce, and a few days after its release, you’ll find an instructional video demonstrating how to make the Sauce at home. Brunch

“Sunday Fun-Day” Brunch at Sauce Restaurant runs 10:00am – 3:00pm each and every week. We pair house specialties such as The Thai Rib Benny, and our delicious Breakfast Sandwich, with fresh squeezed orange, fresh brewed Oughtred Coffee, and an amazing selection of bubbly cocktails. See you Sunday.

Dinner

A mixture of appies, mains, and tapas style ‘Sauce Plates,’ highlight our nightly dinner menu. Showcasing fresh, local, and high quality ingredients, our dinner menu is offered from 4:00pm until 1:00am, Monday to Saturday, and ‘til 10:00pm on Sundays. Dessert

Well it says “ Sinful Plates” on our menu for a reason. While we can’t promise they’ll be good for your daily caloric intake, we do find them good for the soul. Never fear, we offer most desserts in ½ sized portions for those who are either too full or too guilty to saddle up for the whole thing.
