Sauce is nearly at its tenth year being downtown Victoria’s casual hangout for locals of all ages.  We serve up delicious tapas style dishes from 4pm nightly, and stay open for dinner right until 1am 6 nights a week.  On the weekends we also offer Victoria’s first Gluten Free Brunch from 11am – 4pm.

Sauce is a great place for dinner, wine, cocktails, or a frosty pint.  We play the music a bit louder than most restaurants, but not as loud as a bar, a 125 inch projection screen hangs from over our bar where we play silent movies and Canuck games, but mostly we just aim to be the favourite spot for people to meet, share food, and enjoy life.

We also have one of the most extensive gluten free menus in town.  So extensive in fact, that we actually mark the items on the menu that contain gluten, rather than the reverse. All of our utensils, cutting, boards, knives, etc are colour coded as well, to ensure no cross contamination.  As of October 2011, we also offer two daily Caveman Features which are paleo friendly dishes for all you crossfitters out there.
